Returns We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at michalruckay1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with further instructions.
Shipping Costs for Returns The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at michalruckay1@gmail.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at michalruckay1@gmail.com with photos of the item. We will resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
- Items returned after the 14-day return window
